📦 Orders & Processing

When will my order be made?

Every product from Printed Mood Vibes is either made to order or handmade by me.

Which means:

  • We start creating your printed item as soon as your order is placed.
    Most items take 2–5 business days to be printed, embroidered, or produced. You will receive an "order shipped" email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
    • Custom orders will require an extended handling time due to the creation of custom designs process.
  • Premade handmade items are ready to ship and will ship within 2 business days. 
    • Custom orders will be created after order is placed. On custom orders you will be given an estimated ship date and you will receive update emails throughout each step of the process, including an "order shipped" email with tracking information.

What is a custom order? - A custom order is an order placed by a customer that requires Printed Mood Vibes to create and produce a product that is not listed on our website and requires additional design and production times. Products on our website that offer personalization (i.e. adding a name or photo image) are NOT considered a custom order.

Where are your products made?

Our designs are created in Tennessee, USA.

Handmade products are made and shipped from Tennessee, USA.


Printed products are printed and fulfilled through trusted U.S. and international production partners to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery.

Some items may be printed, fulfilled, and shipped by our production partners.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Printed Products - Because printed items begin production quickly, we can only accept changes or cancellations before 2pm Eastern Standard time. All orders are submitted to production at 2pm and can not be changed or cancelled after 2pm Eastern Standard time.

Handmade Products - Pre-made handmade product orders placed before 2pm Eastern Standard time will ship the next business day and can not be cancelled after 1 pm Eastern Standard time on the ship date. 

Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following day (2 business days) and can not be cancelled after 1pm Eastern Standard time on the ship date.

Custom orders require a longer production time and have custom shipping and handling times. Custom orders can not be changed or cancelled due to the nature of Custom Order Requests.

🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days after processing.
Delivery times vary depending on the item, your location, carrier schedules, and carrier's seasonal schedules.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, many of our items ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary based on location.


👕 Products & Sizing

Do you offer size charts?

Yes — each product page includes a size guide tailored to that specific item.
If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help you choose the best fit.

Are product colors accurate?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but mockups and screens may show slight variations.
Final printed colors can appear slightly different due to printing methods and materials.

Are your items handmade?

Printed Mood Vibes products are a mix of handmade one-of-a-kind creations and print-on-demand items produced through the use of professional printing equipment. *Handmade items will be clearly identified in the product description.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces.

Will the design fade?

Our printed items are produced using high-quality inks and processes designed for durability.
Follow washing instructions for best results.


💳 Payments & Security

Is your website secure?

Absolutely. Printed Mood Vibes uses encrypted checkout and secure payment processors.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay, and other secure methods listed at checkout. We are working to add other payment methods to our shop. If you don't see payment method of your choice, please reach out to us at  support@printedmoodvibes.com and we will do our best to add it as a payment option.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Incorrect photo file submissions
  • Misspelled text
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color variations due to screen settings

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at support@printedmoodvibes.com with your order number + photos, and we’ll take care of it right away.
